What Is Even the Student Council Has Its Holes! About?
The story takes place at Fujinasu Academy, a private high school located on the outskirts of town. The protagonist, Ume Mizunoe, is an academically talented student who performs extremely well in Japanese and literature but struggles badly with science-related subjects.

The series then follows the everyday chaos, misunderstandings and relationships that develop among these eccentric student council members.
Story & Plot

From the confident student council president to the intimidating but kind treasurer and the other eccentric members, the council quickly becomes the source of Ume's new school-life adventures.
Rather than focusing on a major fantasy or action conflict, the anime is built around character interactions, school situations, comedy and the unpredictable chemistry between its cast.
